Return Eligibility & Time Limit
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be in original, unused, unwashed condition, with all original tags, labels, and complete packaging intact. Products with obvious wear, damage, stains, or missing accessories will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, small accessories (including hair accessories, jewelry, bracelets, necklaces, and ear ornaments) are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality problem. All discounted clearance items are also final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Process
1. Contact our customer service team via official email to submit a return application, stating your order number and return reason, and attach product pictures if necessary.
2. Wait for our team’s return approval and obtain the official return address and return instructions.
3. Pack the products completely and send them back according to the specified address, and keep the return logistics tracking number.
4. After we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Rules
Once your returned items pass our inspection, we will initiate a full refund of the product payment. The refund will be returned to your original payment account within 3-7 business days (the specific arrival time depends on your payment platform’s processing rules).
Shipping Fee Note: For returns due to personal reasons (dislike, inappropriate size, wrong style), the customer shall bear the return shipping fee. For returns due to product quality problems, wrong delivery, or defective products, we will bear all shipping fees and provide free return and full refund services.
Defective & Wrong Item Processing
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods and provide relevant pictures and videos. We will provide free replacement, full refund, or partial compensation solutions for you without additional conditions.
